Safest to go over the fence (East, greenhouse area). Still within range of Dr. Evil.

Town (Night Only): Fallen buildings, bodies (skeletons). Large scale accident(?) at least 30 days ago, most likely a lot longer, unknown cause. Likely related to this place.

Goddamn mutant bears (in the woods, soccer field fence).

Wearable 'trinket' to help with the town? Magic bling? I don't even know.
